We are One. The result of the recognition of Oneness is the experience of the Peace of God. ACIM reminds us that we will recognize this Peace because it is completely different from anything we have experienced previously. The Peace of God is an experience which floods the body/mind completely as all else falls away. Using dialogue, meditation and experiential processes, we will create an opportunity for the direct experience of this Peace.

Morning Yoga – Douglas MacIntyre

An introduction to Internal Yoga, a course-inspired and very gentle practice which focuses on the attainment of a state of awareness. We will use very easy stretches combined with flowing movements, breath work affirmation and guided meditation. Accessible to all levels of fitness, those not inclined to yoga can join the class and do the internal practice seated in a chair.
